I was told to expect delivery between the 4th and the 6th of May, this month. On the 10th I was informed that my order had not even shipped yet, but would ship soon. I asked that the expedited shipping be refunded because there is nothing expedited about my order not being shipped/fulfilled 4 days after the projected arrival date. On the 18th I emailed asking that my Order be cancelled because it still had not shipped, nor had I received any sort of update. Six hours later without even attempting to address the content of my email I received a reply stating that my order had shipped. Fifty hours have gone by since that email was sent and USPS shows that they have not even received the package yet.

When your are drinking you literally get a bath. Bottles leak around where you sip no matter what you do every time you get wet with water

The product would be OK if you could actually get it within the same year your purchase it. Also, it would. Be nice if they actually sent what you ordered. I am not the only one having issues with this company. Their poor customer service must. E the reason they don’t have a customer service number you can call to get things rectified. They are horrible about responding to emails. SAVE YOUR MONEY and just by drops to put in your water because this company sucks!!!

Ordered on April 9th. Here it is May 10th.. was charged same day for my $40 order with an estimated arrival date of April 18-21st. Have sent 4 emails in regards to this same order with automated messages. I asked for a refund and CRICKETS. Was finally notified 2 days ago that my order was shipped and was sent an INVALID TRACKING NUMBER.
I would not even give this company 1 star but that's the lowest rating so her we are.
I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered on March 25th, it is currently May 9th and still no order. At the time of my order, there was no warning of delayed shipping. It now shows on their website that they are experiencing some shipping delays of 10-15 business days, but many orders are taking over a month. An email to customer service just gets you an email back saying they are overwhelmed with orders, however they are still taking orders even though the orders the received a month ago are still pending, bad business practice. Now they are playing a game if printing a shipping label so that it looks like it shipped, but it hasn't been received by the shipping facility, my order "shipped" on April 25th and still hasn't made it to the DHL facility in Tampa. This is a terrible way to run a business, this could've been handled so much better.

I ordered $22 worth of Cirkul products on April 9th. It is now May 6th. It has been almost a month since I ordered it. I am really frustrated because I have emailed the customer help service three times with no response 2/3 times. The first time they answered they just said that my tracking number would be out soon. that was two weeks ago. Overall not a great experience and still haven't received my package.

If I could I'd give a zero. I ordered my bottle april 9th it does not say shipped, and I can contact them by phone and they don't answer email.... I received my monthly sips (which helps me none) I can't get a refund... Very disappointed

Ordered April 1st, spent $38 for a stupid water bottle. Contacted them on April 15th because it still had yet to ship, they told me be patient and they have a lot of orders. (Which I was haven’t even thought about it since, also irritated they even took my order when they obviously can’t keep up with the demand they already had) it is now May 3rd and still has yet to ship. I emailed and asked for a refund and my order to be canceled I’ll stick to MIO from the store over this terrible crap.

Wish I could give zero starts. Ordered April 4th and it is now 4 weeks later (May 2) and I still have not received my order or gotten an email that it has even shipped. Mind you they charged my account the day I ordered, but they haven't filled the order. I have emailed the company 3 times, as there isn't a phone number to call, and have received the same generic automated response each time. I'd like a refund at this point and have requested so, but no one will get back to me. So I've just lost $70 I suppose. Do not order from Cirkul, they're thieves.

My sister and I ordered in March. I received my order but they sent her the wrong bottle. She paid extra to have the metal bottle. She received the plastic one. She has sent numerous emails since there is no phone number. Their response over and over again is sorry for the shipment delays and never addresses the wrong item shipped.

I ordered a bottle and some filters on 4/3/2021 and it’s 4/30/2021 and still no email or nothing for tracking and I emailed them on 4/18/2021 and still haven’t received nothing I would say don’t buy from cirkul it’s not worth it and they already charged me the day I bought it!! :/
